Pre-K

We are the final frontier for your little Pre kindergartner! And with that I must say they are in no short supply of learning and fun! We use handwriting without tears to help us learn our upper and lower case letters, along with many fun letter activities. The pre-K class learns about each emotion and how to handle emotions when they seem to get overwhelming, by using PATHS which stands for Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies. PATHS also help us understand how to appropriately approach a problem between friends. While it seems we’re doing a lot of learning there is most definitely always something messy and/or fun going on in one of the centers.
